Answer:
Parturition is a process in which development of foetus gets completed in mother womb. Oxytocin and relaxin are the hormone plays a role in this process. Oxytocin helps in contraction of smooth muscles of myometrium of the uterus. Relaxin hormone helps in relaxation of pelvic ligaments and prepares the uterus for child birth.
